416 South is an historic apartment building located in Ithaca, New York. This 1840s house was constructed while Ithaca was a frontier town, and pre-dates both Cornell University and Ithaca College. The building was renovated in 2017 to preserve the classic, hardwood appearance yet updated with modern appliances and shared amenities.

We offer the following leases:
– Full year – 9 or 12 months. Our most common lease. Running from August or Sept to the following summer.
– Summer lease – 2 or 3 months. Starting in June or July and ending in August. Based on availability.
