We arrange new leases primarily through e-mail.

Step 2 – Submit an Application
Fill out and return the application found here.

Step 3 – Lease & Payment
Sign a lease and arrange payment. Example lease
We will provide a lease document by email which is specific to you, and indicates your rental period and terms. Return a digital photo or scan of the signature page, along with copy of a photo ID, and we will provide you with a physical copy of your lease when you arrive. Rooms are offered based on the first to reserve (lease & payment), not based on the order of applications. Payment of first months rent and security deposit are required to reserve your room and due at the time of signing your lease.
Moving In!
We will provide a printed lease and key when you arrive for move in.
